Established in 2009, Columbia River Properties specializes in residential property management and real estate sales. We service Clark and Cowlitz Counties, including the cities of Castle Rock, Kelso, Longview, Kalama, Woodland, Ridgefield, Battle Ground and Vancouver.   Our goal is to provide affordable housing without compromising on high-quality service for both our residents and owners.

For our owners, we have the market knowledge and local expertise needed to help owners manage their properties.  We leverage technology and industry experience to ensure that your investment performs at the highest level possible.  We also care for your property as if it were our own, taking time to perform annual inspections and attending to the ongoing maintenance as well as capital improvements.

For our residents, CRP manages a large portfolio of rental properties from entry level apartments to higher end single family homes. Our staff is available to answer questions, respond to requests and handle emergencies with a 24-hour call line.  Not able to come into the office?  No problem, our online portal makes it easy to submit maintenance requests or pay rent without having to leave the comfort of your home.

Chris Fry is the property manager and designated broker for the company. Chris has held a Washington real estate license since 1993 and has over 30 years of residential property management experience. Chris founded Columbia River Properties in 2009.
