Our inventory of vacant homes is constantly changing, so book mark this site and check it regularly during your search for a rental home.
If you have searched our listings of available properties and see something you like, we recommend that you first drive by the property and see if exterior and neighborhood might be acceptable to you. If it looks promising, call our office and we will arrange to get you inside to view the home.
All of our vacant homes are offered on a first come first serve basis. Meaning, the first person to submit an application gets first consideration. We do not collect applications and pick the best candidate. Our screening process requires applicants to have good rental histories, average or better credit, and gross income at least 3 times the rent amount.
